    Devarajaswami Temple: The temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. It was constructed by Vijayanagar Kings. There is a huge chain in the temple carved out of a single stone. There are beautiful intricately carved pillars in the temple. There is also a 10-meter tall statue of Vishnu immersed in a large tank in the temple. The tank is drained once every 40 years and the statue can be viewed only at that time.
