The festival is held during the winter months of December.

    Shiv Mandir: The temple dedicated to Lord Shiva was founded by the Nawab of Sultanpur Lodhi. The temple displays the unique Hindu-Turkic architectural style. This temple is located at Gur Mandi in Jalandhar.

    Pushpa Gujral Science City: This science themed informative amusement center is located at the Jalandhar- Kapurthala Road and contains over 20 different science exhibits, a lake for boating and a huge Dinosaur model.
