The main places to visit in Belgaum include:

Belgaum Fort: This huge fort was built by Jaya Raya in 1204 A.D. The fort had large defensive walls designed to resist the attacks of invading armies. There is a Jain temple also located inside the walls of Belgaum fort known as Kamal Basati.

Hunshevari: The place is located about 7 kms from Belgaum. It is here the sacred shrine "Shree Revan Siddeshwar Temple", located.

Siddeshwar Temple: This is a famous hill cave temple located in Kanabargi village.

Dudhsagar Water Falls: The waterfall is located around 105 km from Belagavi. This is a popular picnic spot and a trekker’s paradise. The best time to visit here is during or soon after the Monsoon.
