July to September is the best time to visit Goa. One of the reasons to visit Goa during monsoons is also due to the festival of Sao-Joao (the fertility feast of Saint John the Baptist) that is held during late June.

Standard Double Non A/c room:- Maximum occupancy per room- 02, No.of Bedrooms- 04 rooms.
Standard Double A/c room:- Maximum occupancy per room- 02, No.of Bedrooms- 04 rooms.
Deluxe Double A/c room:- Maximum occupancy per room- 02, No.of Bedrooms- 04 rooms.

Bedrooms : All bedrooms has double bed and each room has separate balconies. All bedroom comes with attached bathroom.

Kitchen : Kitchen is well equipped with all amenities. Self cooking is not allowed.

By Airport:-
Nearest Airport in Goa is Dabolim. Prepaid taxi is available from the outside counter on the airport.
By Train:-
The nearest railway station is at Thivim, and taxi from there takes about 20 minutes. Other railway stations are at Margao and Vasco da Gama.
By Bus:-
Frequent state buses go to and from other parts of Goa. The nearest bus stand is Kadamba.
Distance from Kadamba bus stand to the property is 05 KM.
