Karwar is a city brought about by the fusion of the Kaali river on the one hand and Arabian sea on the other. The seaface which is to be found here sent the poet Rabindranath Tagore into a rapture of frenzy, inspiring him to pen his first-ever stage-paly.In such a beautiful place stands the TARANG RESORT DEVBAGH located at Devbagh.
