House is one of the few homestays in Central Kerala possessing a diamond category certificate from the Department of Tourism, Government of Kerala. This family-run homestay overlooking the River Pampa is owned and managed by Mr. T. K. M. Pillai, a retired Marine Chief Engineer and his wife Prof. Dr. K. Sujatha. The highlight of this place is its close proximity to the venue of the famous Aranmula Snake-boat race held during Onam, the national festival of Kerala.
